This is by far my favorite time of year!!!

Cold weather, yummy coffee drinks, giving to others, being with friends & family, listening to Holiday music, eating alot of desserts…mmm, the list could go on!

I always love knowing what others want for Christmas, and what is on their *wish* list. I only have a few items thus far…and am asking Sam (wonderful husband) nicely for these beautiful presents 😀

Alright girls! I found this super cute & trendy boutique…It has locations around San Diego like La Jolla, Horton Plaza & Carlsbad.

Francescas Boutique is the name, and you can find just about anything in there to complete a shopping sweet tooth!

Home Is Where Your .art. Is

Today I am inspired to write how your home or any other home is like a blank canvas waiting to be painted!
Have you ever gone into a store where you were inspired beyond belief? Stores like Anthropologie, Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, Handful of WildFlowers…All these stores inspire me to make something from blah to WALLAH!

Many of my friends have expressed themselves through decorating their homes. When I walk into their gorgeous abode I instantly feel glitter and sparkles burst out of me because of how beautiful it is! Wouldn’t you want family, friends and perhaps potential buyers feel glitter and sparkle burst out of them???

From my professional stand point, I suggest that every Seller ought to take a look at magazines, shop around stores listed above or watch HGTV to find the most appealing decorating tips around. When you have a home that looks unique and drives someone to feel comfortable and inspired, they will be more willing to buy it than if it were empty.

I have always adored and admired Audrey Hepburn. Not only for her amazing movies, ability to always look fashionable or for her hairstyles. I admire Audrey for the way she sees the world. One of my favorite quotes from her is this:

In all things she takes ease and simplicity in life. How much more beautiful is life when we live life this way!
